Kaileigh Anne Tayek

Kaileigh Anne Tayek joined PALS in 2024 as a Program Manager for UCF CARD, with over 16 years of teaching experience, a degree in Music Education, and graduate studies in Arts in Medicine, bringing her passion for creating inclusive, multi-disciplinary programs. Previously, she served as the Director of Arts & Wellness at Central Florida Community Arts, where she spearheaded numerous collaborative grant programs with institutions such as Advent Health, the City of Orlando, Universal Orlando Foundation, and the Walt Disney World Company. As a Program Director, Kaileigh Anne developed and managed initiatives that were tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent populations, focusing on accessibility, self-expression, self-efficacy, social skills development, and emotional well-being utilizing evidence-based best practices from the fields of both education and arts in medicine. As a national conference speaker on arts accessibility, Kaileigh Anne is celebrated for designing award-winning artistic programs that integrate the Social Determinants of Health to develop personal growth and community connection. She is particularly proud of her ability to build meaningful partnerships across the arts, public health, healthcare, and education sectors. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys playing instruments, cooking, biking, and spending quality time with her family.
