Rebekah Lugo

Rebekah Lugo joined the PALS staff as their first full time salaried staff member in early May 2025. With nearly 10 years of experience in non-profit work and her Master’s degree in Curriculum Design & Differentiated Instruction, Bekah is excited to bring her gumption and experience to PALS as their Office Manager (for now) and looks forward to supporting all of the growth and development that PALS has in its very near future. She previously served as the Production & Events Manager at Renaissance Theatre Company and was honored to be their first full time salaried employee, as well. Bekah teaches, writes, performs, and speaks in Central Florida as time and opportunities permit and she brings those skills to PALS to move the company forward in its incredible mission. Outside of her professional life, she loves her two dogs Lola & Basil and spends much of her time creating art.
