There is no question that COVID has changed our day-to-day lives. Many are seeking new or different services for their child with ASD.

Where do you start? Who is offering what? Who takes what insurance? Do they take insurance? How far away are they?

Now with multiple restrictions in place for the health and safety of all these are questions asked every day by families. Join PALS and UCF CARD on Saturday. September 12 and hear from providers/organizations in Brevard. Lake. Orange. Osceola. Seminole. Sumter & Lake counties and have the ability to speak to each of them virtually at their exhibitor booth.

This is a free event for UCF CARD registered families and if you are not a UCF CARD family you can still attend for only $5 a computer.

Join PALS & UCF CARD on Saturday.September 12 for a live virtual resource fair.  The Autism Virtual Resource Fair will offer a live on stage presentation from your organization, if you select such, along with a virtual booth where families can live chat with you, possibly book and appointment and you can place all your marketing material in the booth for them to access right from home and their own computers.

Live presentations will be broken down in categorical sessions such as Behavioral, Communication, Social, Recreation, Legal and Adult. If your organization provides more than 1 type of service you would speak (if selected) in each of the sessions about the service for only 1 fee (if selected)

Fees are from no cost to a maximum of $50. This is an extremely affordable way for all to ‘spread the work’ of their organization at a very low cost to hundreds of families residing in Central Florida.

This Virtual Autism Resource Fair will focus primarily on Brevard. Lake. Orange. Osceola. Seminole. Sumter & Volusia county services.

Saturday all booths and sessions must be manned (someone available on a computer) from 9am-12pm. Information and exhibit booths will remain open for registered families to paraphernalia until Monday. September 14 5pm.

VARF VENDOR FORM

The virtual fair will take place on Saturday. September 12. 2020. from 9am-12pm. Your booth will be accessible to people until Monday. September 14. 2020. PALS will require additional paraphernalia from you to set up your virtual booth, such as PDF brochures, business cards, flyers, etc (this depends on what you wish to display).

Please review your selected level to determine what exciting virtual add-on you are entitled to under your level.

Some may have the option to place a video on their booth along with social media links. Once accepted and approved you will be provided access to the back end of your booth and we will require the names of people manning your booth (limited by level).
